Study:
Topical application of an amino acid dressing, Vulnamin, in the management of chronic wounds.
Design:
- 160 patients with non-infected cutaneous chronic wounds
- Treatment for a maximum of 6 weeks with Vulnamin cream or powder.
Measurements:

Before treatment, wound size was assessed using digital planimetry.

Wound area measurements repeated at 2 (T14) and 6 (T42) weeks after starting treatment.
