Diagnosis

The patient developed numerous, small and then confluent wounds on the skin of the face, mainly around the eye sockets and on the cheeks.

Peristomal wound on Ileostomy

Treatment with Polyhexanide (PHMB) and Propylbetaine; Vulnamin PWD + non-adhesive hydrocolloid occlusive dressing

T3 (day)
Treatment with Polyhexanide (PHMB) and Propylbetaine; Vulnamin cream + non-adhesive hydrocolloid occlusive dressing
