  • Flat surface, anterior thorax and abdominal wall (7%)
  • 5hrs delayed consultation
  • Syntetic dress
  • Egyptian girl, habits of drinking hot liquids at least 5 times a day
  • Small house and shared kitchen, three young children
  1. Sedation
  2. Immediate Cleaning and cleansing
  3. Vulnamin Gel in a sandwich with paraffine gauze:
    – embracing the whole surface
    – debridement
    – pain reliever,
  4. 2nd change 3days later: Vulnamin PWD
    – exudate management, tissue reconstruction
