94 years old woman suffering from immobilisation syndrome resulting from stroke, vascular dementia and fecal and urinary incontinence. Due to a prolonged immobilisation in bed and a lack of assistance, she has developed a pressure injury of the heel.
Diagnosis
III stage pressure injury of the heel.

Thin Hydrocolloid.
Reason for change
Periwound skin damages and too slow healing.
Treatment
