102 years old diabetic woman suffering from immobilisation syndrome resulting from stroke, Chronic Atrial Fibrillation, diabetic cardiomyopathy, 4th stage Chronic Kidney Failure and fecal and urinary incontinence.
Due to maceration in the sacral area and immobilisation in bed, she has often developed multiple pressure injuries.
Diagnosis
II stage multiple pressure injuries.

Pain and skin damages at the removal.
