Buerger's Disease

91 years old woman, still smoker, suffering from Büerger’s disease; due to ischemic gangrene of 4th and 5th toes of her right foot, she undergoes amputation. After about 3 weeks, surgical dehiscence is noted with a lot of necrotic tissue and exposure of the extensor tendon of the 3rd toe.
Diagnosis
Post-amputation dehiscence with necrosis and tendon exposure.
