42 years old woman suffering from a post-partum DVT, coagulation deficiency and omozygote MTHFR mutation. Due to a light trauma she has developed a medial left malleolus chronic wound, necrotic and very painful.

Diagnosis

Necrotic and painful vasculitic wound.
