Diabetic Foot

76 years old woman suffering from type 1 Diabetes Mellitus complicated by retinopathy, neuropathy and arteripathy; following wet gangrene of the 5th right toe is amputated. After one week there is a dehiscence of the surgical scar with exposure of the extensor tendon of the 4th toe.
Diagnosis
Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus complicated by retinopathy, neuropathy and arteripathy; following wet gangrene of the 5th right toe is amputated.
